At CrossFit Blue Ash, we make getting started simple, fun, and non-intimidating. It doesn’t matter what your current fitness level is – CrossFit exercises are scaleable for everyone.
Not sure if CrossFit is for you? Come in and give it a try! In this free introductory session, you’ll meet with one of our coaches and learn about our gym, the CrossFit method of training and see how a WOD (Workout of the Day) is structured. Then, you’ll get to do a workout and learn about the On-Ramp program and membership.
Ready to go? Join our 4-week On-Ramp program. This 12-session program that lasts 4 weeks. This is a continuous cycle so start anytime!
On-Ramp is your gateway into the community of CrossFit. Each class is designed to give you personal attention and to build your knowledge and skills.
Each class is with a Level 1 CrossFit trainer who will cover movement, mobility, nutrition, and the skills necessary to perform CrossFit WODs, as well as with other beginners!
At the end of On-Ramp you will know how to scale exercises to your own fitness level and how to perform the programmed workouts.
