On-Ramp is your gateway into the community of CrossFit. Each class is designed to give you personal attention and to build your knowledge and skills.
Each class is with a Level 1 CrossFit trainer who will cover movement, mobility, nutrition, and the skills necessary to perform CrossFit WODs, as well as with other beginners!
At the end of On-Ramp you will know how to scale exercises to your own fitness level and how to perform the programmed workouts.
