Ready to go? Join our On-Ramp program.
On Ramp is required for those new to CrossFit and looking to join our group classes. It consists of four 60-minute personal training sessions scheduled over a 2-week time frame.
Each class is led by a Level 1 CrossFit trainer who will cover movement, mobility, nutrition, and the skills necessary to perform a CrossFit workout. At the end of On-Ramp you will know how to scale exercises to your personal fitness level and how to perform the programmed workouts.
