Those new to CrossFit will first be required to take our beginner's program, "On-Ramp," before entering into group fitness classes.

  • On-Ramp consists of one-on-one personal training sessions with a coach and is tailored to the individual. Therefore, the number of sessions you will need will be dependent on where you are in your fitness journey.
  • Once completing On-Ramp, you will have two tiered membership options, both billing every four weeks.
  • Unlimited classes or 3x/week memberships available at a month-to-month, 26-week, or 52-week commitment.
